Return Policy for Clothing Items:
We have a 30-day return policy for clothing items. To start a return, please contact us at support@youcodebro.com. Your clothing item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Clothing Items:
Upon receiving your clothing order, please inspect it. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong one, please contact us immediately.
Non-Returnable Clothing Items:
Certain clothing items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom clothing, sale items, and gift cards.
Clothing Exchanges:
If you'd like a different clothing item, you can return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new clothing item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period for Clothing:
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your clothing order within 14 days. The clothing item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds for Clothing Items:
After we receive and inspect your returned clothing item, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
